Transcripts and Diplomas

51成人导航 uses Parchment for official transcript and diploma replacement requests.

Preparation

Complete the following steps in this preorder checklist to make sure the process runs as smoothly as possible.

1. Confirm that all grades and degrees (if applicable) have been posted to your record.
2. Check the accuracy of your name. Complete a Name Change request if your name is incorrect or has changed since you last attended.
3. Verify the accuracy of the recipient鈥檚 email address or mailing address.1.

Ordering a Transcript or Diploma Replacement

If you would like an official transcript or diploma replacement, you can order one online. The College does not accept transcript or diploma replacement requests via fax or email.

To request a copy of a GED transcript, diploma, or letter of verification of high school equivalency, visit .

Graduates of the Police Academy who need a replacement diploma will need to contact the Police Academy for a replacement. You may still request a transcript through Parchment.

Transcript or Diploma Replacement order status can be viewed at any time by logging into your Parchment account. Students with holds, such as, financial or address updates, will not have their transcript or diploma released and may be prevented from placing an order.

Transcripts:

eTranscripts: $5.75
USPS Domestic: $2.95 (S+H) + $5.75 approximately 3-5 business days
USPS International: $6.00 (S+H) + $5.75 approximately 5-7 business days
Fed Ex Domestic: $35 (S+H) + $5.75 if ordered by 4:30 p.m. EST will be shipped overnight. Otherwise, it鈥檚 the next night.
Fed Ex International: $65 (S+H) + $5.75 if ordered by 4:30 p.m. EST will be shipped overnight. Otherwise, it鈥檚 the next night.

Note that Parchment charges a 5% credit card surcharge fee.

Diploma Replacements

USPS Domestic: $2.95 (S+H) + $5.75
USPS International: $6.00 (S+H) + $5.75
Fed Ex Domestic: $35 (S+H) + $5.75
